Short Film: Amman – City in Motion

August 22nd, 2012

A little bit of everything in this one; Tilt-Shift, over saturation and time lapse. Eye candy! Info from Vimeo.com:

The video about the bustling capital of Jordan is the first in a series of four time-lapse movies about Jordan and it’s main sites. The project was commissioned by the Jordan Tourism Board (visitjordan.com). Shooting the images for all four videos took place during 12 days in the rather hot month of July 2012, just before Ramadan. Equipment used for the Amman video: Canon 7D, Canon G12 and Panasonic GH2, a set of lenses and two tripods. Rendered and edited in After Effects, Motion and Final Cut Pro X. Music: «The Orion Code», Delicate Beats, with a license of premiumbeat.com

Short Film: Tanner Goods

April 29th, 2012

This video serves as a documentation of craft that I have long been interested in as a Graphic Designer, and someone who appreciates hand made goods. It is wonderful to see a company that thrives in the “small batch” business model, and I hope they continue to make good things for a long time coming. The process of making something as simple as a belt can remind us of the roots of what this country was founded on: Creativity, Entrepreneurship, and Craftsmanship. Hope you enjoy it!
